Our Quality Control Process

Sourcing

We partner only with factories that hold valid IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 certifications. Each supplier is audited annually for production capability, quality management systems, and ethical compliance.

Incoming Inspection

Raw materials and components are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. We verify material certificates, check dimensional tolerances, and reject batches that do not meet OE specifications.

OE Cross-Reference

Every SKU in our catalog is cross-referenced against the original equipment manufacturer's part number. Fitment data is verified against vehicle year / make / model records to eliminate mismatches.

Functional Testing

Electrical components (fans, sensors, switches) undergo functional testing. Mechanical parts (hoses, valves, brackets) are pressure-tested or load-tested as appropriate. Failed units are pulled before packing.

Packaging & Labeling

Parts are wrapped with anti-rust protection, packed in reinforced export cartons, and labeled with OE numbers, product codes, and quantity. Fragile items get foam inserts; heavy items use wooden crates.

Pre-Shipment Audit

Before the container is sealed, a random sampling audit is performed. A QC inspection report (with photos) accompanies every shipment — available to the buyer on request.

Testing Standards

Dimensional Checks

Critical dimensions (bore diameter, bolt hole spacing, connector pin layout) are measured with calibrated tools and compared against OE blueprints. Tolerance: typically ±0.1mm or tighter.

Material Verification

Material composition is verified via mill certificates or spot testing. We ensure metals meet grade requirements (e.g., SUS304 stainless for exhaust components, PA66+GF30 for nylon housings).

Performance Testing

Cooling fans are run at rated voltage for noise, airflow, and current draw. A/C components are pressure-tested. Hoses are burst-tested at 3× working pressure.

Durability & Aging

Rubber and plastic components undergo accelerated aging tests (heat, UV, ozone) to ensure they withstand real-world service life expectations.
